I found Urban to Suburban by searching for property management companies in DC. This was the best property management company I’ve dealt with over the years and we’ve had several. I found Eric and his team to be upfront (in which we wanted) about things and willing to find solutions to problems we came across. This is the only property management company that I’ve used that I’d recommend to anyone.
