I’ve never taken my dog to urban paws but I was parked outside today and could see into the room where there were wayyyy too many dogs for how small the space was and witnessed an employee yelling at the dogs and hitting a dog with what looked like a rope or leash. The dogs were not fighting, jumping or doing anything that deserve to be hit multiple times. I would never take my dog here after witnessing this.
RecommendedRocky has been going here for a year and he loves it. He even remembers the road and once I stop by the door he is ready to jump out. Their team is also very nice and attentive. I have yet to try the training classes and hotel.
I hands down love this place. My babies love this place. They are always so happy (and tired) when I pick them up. The staff is fantastic and Kathy is always on top of everything. Just like the welcomed my oldest baby, they are now opening and loving and accepting of my newest pup as she is finally of age to go and play. The only thing I wish they had was video so I could check in on my babies all day every day.
I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. I just recently started daycare here and by the second day they all know my dogs name and my face. Extremely friendly and informative staff. They told me how well my dog played w others and told me when they were posting pictures on their Facebook so I could look at them. My dog comes home so happy and worn out- able to sleep through the night after dinner.
Used them as a daycare option for one of our small dogs. He absolutely loved it there! Great service and friendly staff. Highly recommended!
