RecommendedLove the entire Urban Paw team! Every time we walk in, they greet our Frenchies Ollie and Molly who run as fast as they can inside. Our dogs know the phrase “Urban Paw” and wait by the door as soon as they hear it. Excellent service, impeccable staff, and our dogs are always satisfied. We’ve had issues with our dogs getting sick when returning from other overnight services but never from UP. Highly recommend.
I’m a new puppy mom and work pretty long hours during the week. I was super nervous about leaving my 4 month old puppy Oliver for long periods of time but Kenisha at urban paws made me and Oliver feel so comfortable! He’s so excited to see her in the mornings and she always takes the time to update me on how he did during the day! With pictures and videos!! Urban paws is the best place to bring your dog in Dallas!

Our Dog Boomer truly loves Urban Paws. We have taken him to some other places and you could tell he wasn’t happy - he was scared - and he didn’t want to go in or he was in a hurry to leave when we would pick him up. Not here! Boomer practically jumps out of the car in the morning when we drop him off and runs in to see his friends. In the evening he is so played out he just lays in the floor with no energy! He loves it! Great doggy daycare not to mention the price is great!
My dog has boarded/attended daycare many times and this is the only place where I feel comfortable w letting my dog stay and just this past weekend (Labor Day) has made me love this place even more. My dog was needing extra medical attention and they were able to give her the extra care, daily meds and even going as far providing her a with a place to stretch her legs away from the other dogs. Beyond that, Urban Paws has a convenient pick-up/drop off area considering the area.

The staff is friendly and attentive. The shop has a great selection of stuff for my doggos. They even have the harness lead which is rather hard to find in retail shop. I come here to get it so I don't have to wait for shipping and pay shipping fees. The price is cheaper that way.
The best place and the best people!! Our dog Nellie loves going here. All of the staff are extremely kind and personable. You can tell they really love their jobs and the dogs.
