Urban oaks has trash in the hallways Kids unsupervised throwing rocks at my windows Doors slamming. Dog poop in the stairwells and on the grass. Very disappointed!
Been here since September last year and I LOVE my apartment.. Its my home and I love it.. By far the BEST apartment I have ever rented...
I loved them the only problem I had is I couldn't see them they didn't have no models to show me the only way I could see them is on the website uuuggghhh
Beatiful grounds, fantastic interiors and the best amenities in the area! Floor plans are HUGE and ceilings are high, staff is great, friendly and always willing to help. No complaints! Oh, and FREE fitness classes!
DO NOT APPLY HERE! I REPEAT DO NOT!!! They'll take your money! Leasing agent Lela is the rudest I've come across! She the most unexperienced person working in that property! The only experience she has is taking people's money! They will not take application without deposit! Then they'll give you the run around and say app is still processed and in the end deny you and keep your deposit! They're a bunch of scammers and thieves!!!!!
