The "pro" in their name is for real. These guys are the best. They're prompt, they are very communicative (via email, paper, and text); they proactively called me to get a tree removal scheduled after I had them out for a bid; the work they do is top notch, and they're honest. Not only do they have competitive prices, but I tipped my hand and told them I thought I needed Birch removed, and they told me I just needed a pruning. I will never waste time calling anyone else again.
I've been using Urban Forest Pros for a few years to maintain my trees. The crews are always friendly, on time, well equipped, and most importantly SAFETY FOCUSED. These folks are *pros*! I've seen other tree services take some scary risks, but not UFP. They do a good orchard cut if you have fruit trees and want to keep the fruit low enough to harvest, and the branches thinned enough to let light through while keeping a beautiful canopy. Urban forest Pro was amazing start to finish from the time they came and did an assement and quote to the finished prune. They pruned and thinned our our two massive pin oaks. The results are amazing, the crew was professional and friendly and the cleanup was like they were never there. I highly recommend Urban Forest Pro! Below is the before and after photos.

The whole team at Urban Forest Pro are simple the BEST! They schedule us in every year without me having to remember, the pruning guys are knowledgable and precise! Urban Forest Pro was great to work with. They did a super job removing a large Doug Fir on our slopes lot last year. Recently they trimmed several large trees crowding our home, removed a bay tree and shaped the out of control Leyland Cypress.
