Ryan knows how to go the extra mile. He gave me a full list of tasks to improve and refresh the property in a depressed DC real estate market. He is frank and a genuinely kind individual, which can be hard to find in this city and in the real estate profession. Despite the plunging value in homes in DC, I managed to get my asking price in selling my studio.
