Help! Bob and Jeannie Jim came to our rescue. Our daughter 28 years old died in Argentina on a business trip. We put the sale of our house ( we could not stay there after 28 years) in Jim's hands and were off to Buenos Aires to bring our daughter home.Mis daiagnosed with Bronthitis all her life she had asthma. Jim sold the house the day her body arrived in the USA. We ae enternally gratefully for Jim taking care of us!What more could anyone ask for???

Best Realtor Jim has been our Realtor for about 30 years, he helped us buy our first 2 houses. we had to use someone else to buy our houses in other states/cities and they did not give us half the help and the process was not half as smooth as when we had Jim as our realtor. Next time I am going to make sure he is our realtor one way or the other.

Jim Urban is the BEST!! Jim is one of the most honest, hard working real estates agents you will ever meet. His integrity is second to none. Sure you can hire any agent, but Jim will have your best interest at heart and will always give you the straight scoop. He is easy to work with and is always available to his clients. We started out as clients, but have become friends over the last few years. I would hire Jim again when the time is right to sell my current home!!

Urban Companies are the best! Jim Urban did an excellent job selling our father's house. With less than 24 hours notice, he arrived at our house and let us know what the comps were and what we could expect.
