A Fast Sale ! Jim 's the MAN My dad recently passed away OCT. 2013; Jim Urban and associates handled the sale of my dads' house. We did not want to list home between Thanksgiving and Christmas so waited till 2nd week of JAN. due to bad weather. Jon Urban found us more than a house... he found us a home. Jon Urban was so patient and kind. We are a young couple with a young child buying our first home. Jon gave us advice like a father but helped us like a friend. He was honest and personable. He made this scary process easy and comforting.
