Jon Urban found us more than a house... he found us a home. Jon Urban was so patient and kind. We are a young couple with a young child buying our first home. Jon gave us advice like a father but helped us like a friend. He was honest and personable. He made this scary process easy and comforting. Help! Bob and Jeannie Jim came to our rescue. Our daughter 28 years old died in Argentina on a business trip. We put the sale of our house ( we could not stay there after 28 years) in Jim's hands and were off to Buenos Aires to bring our daughter home.Mis daiagnosed with Bronthitis all her life she had asthma. Jim sold the house the day her body arrived in the USA. We ae enternally gratefully for Jim taking care of us!What more could anyone ask for???

Jim Urban's customer service We've known Jim for over 5 years as a fellow neighbor and active volunteer for the Governors Ranch Homeowners Association. Jim has always listened closely to our desires and concerns and attempted to fulfill any requests. He is always patient, cordial, friendly and cheerful. Overall, Jim is a wonderful person to work with.

Best Realtor Jim has been our Realtor for about 30 years, he helped us buy our first 2 houses. we had to use someone else to buy our houses in other states/cities and they did not give us half the help and the process was not half as smooth as when we had Jim as our realtor. Next time I am going to make sure he is our realtor one way or the other.
