The Greystar management team does a great job in helping out their residents in every way possible. The maintenance supervisor also does an excellent job in resolving maintenance requests. Not safe, not clean, poor management Do you want your living space to feel safe enough to sleep at night? Do you want to live in a place without infestation? Do you want to live in a place that’s functional and doesn’t require tons of plumbing and water maintenance? If so, by all means, do not move here. Rough on the Edges, Great Complex for the Price The complex is a little rough on the outside, but after living here for over 4 years, I can say that I always feel safe and cozy in this complex. I have actually had two different apartments with this complex because I liked my studio so much that I chose to upgrade to a 1-bedroom.
