Verified Renter This complex may look a little run down on the outside but it's a pretty cool place to live. We love our apartment. The pool is always kept clean and the price of the laundry is just perfect for our budget.
RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL I scheduled a simple tour of this complex and when i went to view the apartment, shortly afterwards one of the staff members stated I wouldn't even be able to get a 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom without even running my information. Not to mention the complex is dirty, flies everywhere and there was literally people getting high right outside of their apartments when i was on my tour. I will def apply elsewhere as the level of unprofessionalism was horrible, cant imagine what living there would be like.
Verified Renter Office managers are hard to find nobody cares about the residence. The community itself is terrible. Bugs are everywhere homeless are washing clothes in our washer and dryer’s. Nobody answers the phones in the office ever and it takes up two week for maintenance to come fix minor things
