Verified Renter Good area near the gym and gated. Neighbors mind their own businesses. Plenty of parking. Only problem is a lot of cigar left overs around on the floor and some tenants forget to pick up after their dogs!

Worst apartment ever I lived here and I promise you it’s the worst place to live I made the mistake of living there please don’t repeat my mistake! Roach infested, worst management. and homeless people breaking in.

No WIFI The Cox internet service is bundled into the rent as an amenity. None optional $75 dollars. The wiring in the building is old and myself and other residents have gone without internet service for weeks due to ingress. Cox would not help until they got okay from management. I sent multiple emails and tried to call the office (no one answers) and went into the office. Maria Rodriguez , the manager, NEVER responded or was in office. Unprofessional ,rude staff.
