*Edit since I can't respond to the owner. 1st, I have never had permanent hair color applied to my hair. You obviously will never own up to what you did in 2022 to my hair. You were too distracted with your phone and over processed my hair. I'll forever be traumatized after sitting in your chair and being gaslit. I had an absolutely wonderful experience! Being new to Texas I was really worried about finding a salon that promises on what they advertise. My frumpy hair, had to have a makeover so I took a chance. WOW!! I’m so glad I did! Ashley and Grace did an amazing balayage color on me and Emily did my cut and styling! November 2021 I went to Ashley for partial blonde highlights. This was my first visit with her. My hair turned out beautifully and she even posted a pic to her FB page. I then returned in April 2022. She over processed my hair. As she was brushing it, i could see in the mirror that the brush was FULL of clumped up blonde hair. My hair was falling out and breaking off!! Hailey was my hair dresser and she was fantastic! One of the best hair cut/style I’ve ever gotten. She did exactly what I wanted if not better. The atmosphere is also amazing. Definitely will be coming back here!!
