Update: I have known the property OWNER, far before Stacy took over. I asked the property OWNER, to help me out in moving the king size bed and dresser out to the dumpster and was told to leave it and he would have his workers take care of it. Secondly, the stove was clean and ready to rent and even if not the law requires reasonable cleaning fees not $250 for every lease. Please retain your records.
