Verified Renter The staff of Uptown Lake Apartments has been awesome! They made the whole process so simple and they work with you every step of the way to make sure that theres nothing to worry about! Plus, the apartments are super cozy and the building is so quiet! Im really glad I chose Uptown Lake Apartments!
Verified Renter Terrible security, non-existent community features, bad gym. And front office staff that is fairly unhelpful due to probably having little or no say in the building management in matters that are important for the residents. Looks like the Management company just takes the money meant for providing its 'management services', building amenities and security and does nothing with it for the residents.

Great deal for Uptown but some drawbacks The apartments themselves are wonderful, spacious, up to date and fairly priced considering how pricey Uptown rent can be. But, I have had over $500 of packages stolen while renting for a year and management doesn't have much to say or do about it. There was also some security issues with external doors being propped open a lot and noisiness from neighbors that went largely unaddressed.

Verified Renter Great community, helpful staff! Taylor and Jackie are AWESOME and they always help me resolve minor issues in a reasonable timeline. Maintenance is also very helpful and professional. In my opinion, this building is by far the best bang for your buck in Uptown!
