Awful management and apartment Do not use the online pictures as your reference. Apartment I rented had so many things wrong with it I can’t even begin to explain. I would highly recommend living elsewhere
Verified Renter I have disliked living here immensely. Between the water leaks, hot water problems, filth of the common spaces, security issues, package delivery problems, thefts and homeless people being let in, I can’t see why anyone with any sense would remain living here.

Verified Renter Uptown Lakes is a beautiful property. The building always looks and smells clean when walking through. The parking garage is a great bonus. I love the location, because it's walking distance to a lot of places in Uptown!

Big issues with security and cleanliness We stayed at Uptown Lake Apartments for about a year and a half. We liked our unit for the most part, but had issues with the building and management's lack of action. PROS: Staff was friendly, we got back our full security deposit, were able to negotiate a lower price for parking. The managers were also flexible when we were looking for a house but decided to renew our rent; our rent stayed the same after renewing.
