Verified Renter Management seemed to go out of its way NOT to respond to tenant concerns. The maintenance office never answered the phone, never returned voicemails. A water leak once went unaddressed for three days before anyone did anything. The office staff never answer the phone or return calls. They’re kind when you’re considering Uptown Lake, but lose any interest in you once you sign the lease. Verified Renter I love the location and the staff is very nice. There are three grocery stores near by so that’s great. A ton of rewards programs. Highly recommend.
Verified Renter So far it is nice no problems very easy to go to the store it’s down the street pharmacy as well plus restaurants very convenient for anyone
Verified Renter Just moved in and so far so good. Clean hallways and a clean gym! The heater/AC has been working well. Shawmen from the leasing office has been very communicative and very responsive when I have a problem or question.
Management needs to shape up This place has gone severely downhill time and time again. Right now is worst it’s been. Management does not communicate unless you make yourself a problem. Gave one day notice for construction that they said would take a month, were two weeks past that now with no updates (which they said they would do) with a careless construction crew who blasts music, yells, throws siding into peoples windows, smoked in the courtyard, and make noise for twelve hours a day and still somehow have barely anythin... read more
Verified Renter So far so good!!! I love this location and the community seems real welcoming. I was worried with this being a older building that I’d have a bunch of problems but none so far
Verified Renter The only issue I have is that it takes awhile for the water to get hot and that it takes awhile to get ahold of someone in the front office Other than that the place is pretty good I have no issues it’s quite.
Verified Renter Place has gone down hill. Half of the doors are broken, management pretended they were going to hire security at the beginning of the year but I guess they just gave up on that. Weeds near the Lagoon street entrance haven’t been cut back all summer. Overall value of the place has plummeted since I moved in but some how the rent has substantially increased
