I highly recommend Uptown Cuts to anyone looking for a hair stylist. Judy has been doing my hair for awhile now, she does a fabulous job every time. The prices of the hair services and products are well priced and the quality is top notch. The atmosphere at Uptown Cuts is always very energetic and positive :)
