The food is good! I've always enjoyed the food @ Uptown. Nice variety and the sushi is good too. I've never seen anyone do anything crazy like eat food and put it back, but I suppose that could happen at any buffet. The worst I've seen is a little boy hovering over the chicken trying to figure out which piece to get. I very nicely asked him to step back a bit and explained why and he got his chicken and moved on. You can't blame that on the restaurant!
Great Food This buffet resturant is a wonderful place for all types of food types. The staff do not speak very good english but they are extrememly nice and professional. There are all types of food from every ethnic background. The fruit and veggies are alwasy fresh. They have really good steak and spinach cassarole which is on the menu daliy.

Nasty and i wouldn't recommend them at all... Up Town buffet located in norfolk, Virginia. me and my husband went there and i was eating this chow mein and suddenly, i bit something hard and i almost broke my teeth and when i check them out, it was a big stapler, the one that you see in big boxes, it was yellow and rusty, I told the waitress and she just told me that wait a minute and came back and told me that they wouldn't charge our food. but me and my husband just told them that please double check what your serving and ... read more
