Everybody there was so extremely nice and so welcoming. I know I made the right decision in bringing my kids to this establishment.
My child has had a lot of dental work and this was by far the best experience. They are able to offer an alternative to, It's ok, you're ok, now just suck it up and it all be over soon mentality. If you've got a child, especially a young child, who has experienced pain at the dentist and is scared, then bring them to UPD. They were great! Not once did I feel like they were disappointed in my child. The staff was encouraging and I feel so fortunate we found them!
First time patient. Very caring and patient with my highly nervoud daughter.
Ms. JoJo and Dr. Brian made everything fun and understandable to my 2 1/2 year old. She was shy at first but warmed up faster than usual. Every part of her visit was enjoyable and positive.
Was a fun and wonderful experience. Everyone treated her so special. The care was excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Brian and his wonderful staff.
I love UPSTATE Pediatric Dentistry! It is great. I started to like a lot when I had my tooth pulled. It didn't even hurt! The people are nice there. I just love it!!!!!
We were welcomed to Upstate Pediatric Dentistry like we were part of their family. My children left there saying how much they liked Dr. Brian. The whole staff made us feel comfortable and I am so grateful for the professional care given to my children. Thanks so much for all you have done!
