I took my daughter here for her first ever dentist appointment. She did such a great job and the doctors and nurses helped out a lot. They made her feel comfortable and welcomed. I was able to go in the room with her (even though she was brave by herself) and they would talk to her and let her know everything they were doing. This was definately a great place to choose for my daughter.
Upstate Pediatric Dentistry always does a fabulous job! Dr. Brian and staff are so patient and calm with my (timid and fussy) 2 year old... they have great tools (cleverly disguised as fun toys) and tactics to teach Quinn about dental care and make him comfortable during the visit.
Overall a great experience. I will refer them to everyone!

I had taken my 2 year old daughter to another dentist for her first visit, and they told me she was going to have to get caps on all four front teeth, but if she didnt sit still long enough they would have to pull them! Well, that was not an option for us, so I called UPD and they made me feel 100% bettera bout taking her here!!
