It was my 3yo's first visit to the dentist and she was wild! Everyone was friendly and very patient and made her visit a very positive one for her. I appreciate being able to go back with her as I had no idea how she'd react. The reception area was very calming. Love the way everything was decorated. Thanks so much!

The whole staff was very friendly and very accommodating, and did a wonderful job with both of my children. All insurance procedures and billing were explained clearly to me so that we would be aware of what to expect, and the receptionist who checked us in was extremely friendly and welcoming. Upstate Pediatric is the BEST!! One of my kids was not happy about getting her teeth cleaned at our last visit. Dr. Brian and the hygenist were great with her! They were very patient and understanding!!
