The staff at UPD is very friendly and competent, making both my children and me feel comfortable.
Dr. Brian and the staff are super friendly and very sympathetic and understanding. They know just how to help and make children feel as comfortable as possible. I am so glad I found them.
My two-year old daughter had her first visit here a couple of weeks ago, and it was absolutely fantastic. The staff is very professional and friendly and truly helped my child's first dentist experience be a success!
I love coming to Upstate Pediatric Dentistry. Dr.Brian does a super job. And Ms. Joann is very nice, she gives me stickers and lets me pick them out. I especially love the token that I get on each trip to get a prize out of the machine.
The cleaning and xrays and flouride went very smoothly at our visit. All of the staff is super friendly and considerate.

JoAnne and Dr Jones were wonderful with Gregory today. I was a little uncertain how things would go since his last visit was for fillings. They both made Gregory feel at ease. they explained everything on a 3 yr old's level. the experience was very pleasant. Gregory has shown his "clean, white teeth" to everyone after his visit. Thank you again for being the best peds dentist around!!!!
