We LOVE the staff at Upstate Pediatric Dentistry!! They go above and beyond to make my kids feel comfortable with a sometimes scary situation for them! Thank you all so much!!
We are so pleased with every visit to Upstate Pediatric Dentistry! The staff are so friendly and welcoming, keeping the office so upbeat and relaxed. The kids really can feel the difference of a happy place and a "stressed work environment" and mine feel so relaxed and we always have a positive experience.
Dr. Jones and his staff are incredibly friendly and do their best to make each patient feel welcome. I really loved how they did everything they could to make my daughter's first dentist visit and enjoyable one. I have a feeling she won't have that typical fear of going to the dentist like a lot of kids do! I'm so excited that I was told about this practice!
My daughter's first dental experience went so well that she cried when she had to leave and was so excited when she had her next appt that she packed her purse the night before. I love how Dr. Brian and his staff speaks to her before addressing me, asking my daughter if she has questions or concerns. Thank you for making the experience a smooth one and lots of fun. I highly recommend Dr. Brian and thank the staff for a job well done!

Dr. Brian & staff are wonderful with children! My 4 & 2 year old boys love going to the dentist and visiting the very friendly staff.
Dr. Brian was the ER pediatric dentist on-call when my daughter had a dental emergency. Though it was a Saturday, and a holiday weekend, Dr. Brian responded quickly to my daughter's injury. His gentle confidence put my daughter at ease during a slightly scary (and painful) situation. As he worked, he thoroughly explained all procedures.
