The care and attention that Brian and his staff provide during every visit is unmatched! Not only is the dental care top notch, the knowledge of child development is excellent. Brian and his staff are wonderful with children of all ages. We are thankful for this practice!
My almost 2 year old fell and broke his tooth. He had never seen a dentist yet and I was nervous. I called and they accepted him, told me to bring him on and saw him very quickly. Everyone was amazing, kind and loved my little guy. The dentist was very thorough, gentle and explained everything so I as a mother could understand. The staff and Dr. Brian at Upstate Pediatric Dentistry are amazing. From the minute you walk in they're so nice and the whole experience was great. My 4 year old felt at ease the whole time and actually enjoys coming to the dentist. The nice treat at the end is a great/special touch.
Our two kids always have a wonderful experience with Dr. Brian and his warm staff. My daughter has special needs, and they are so careful and good with her, and my son doesn't mind going to the dentist!

Dr. Brian and his team are always friendly, caring, and attentive. My children are always at ease in the office, and there is no fear of a visit to the dentist at this office! I like that we don't have long waits to be seen, and Dr. Brian takes the time to answer any questions or concerns I have.
I highly recommend Upstate Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Brian Jones and his staff go above and beyond to make the kids feel comfortable and welcome. The office has a fun atmosphere and each exam room has a different theme painted on the walls. My 3 year old just had his second appointment there, and he did great! They make taking care of your teeth fun.
