We love your practice. EVERYONE there is so helpful and great with our kids. That have done so well with your group. Thank you so much!!! My kids now love coming to the dentist.
Staff was great! Just what we needed after my fiver year old had a traumatic experience getting his teeth cleaned at my dentist office. I am not sure there is a better place than this for kids!
And explained everything. They even sent an email with the xray! I love how accessible they are as well as how kid friendly they are. He staff was very helpful and Dr. Brian is awesome! Would recommend to anyone

They were perfect with my 3 y.o. daughter. Not pushy at all very patient with her. All around great service from the time we walked in to the time we walked out. Definitely will be my child's permanent Dentist. But not only are they polite and great with kids they know what there doing and whats best for each kid. I would recommend them to anyone with kids! :)
Seriously, It's hard to find anything negative about our visit to Dr. Brian's office, AND IT'S THE DENTIST!!!! From the front desk to the hygenists, to Dr. Brian...... everyone is really great! And may I add, very PATIENT with my daughter who does not enjoy any discomfort or pain!! I am so grateful to have this practice in town! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!
Dr. Brian and his staff did an awesome job again! The hygienist made my 2 1/2 year old son totally comfortable while she was cleaning and flossing. Dr. Brian took his time to explain what he was going to do and allowed it to be an interactive experience. When the visit was over, my son didn't want to leave! He was so proud of himself for doing a good job that he wanted to stick around. Love the play area!
Upstate Pediatric Dentistry was absolutely great! They treated my little girl as if she was one of their own. My daughter had a serious procedure done that required her to be sedated I don't know what parent would'nt be scared about that but they gave me the best reassurance she would be well taken care of, and she was so was I for that matter I love Upsate Pediatric because they did EVERYTHING they said they would and my daughter has no pain anymore!
