RecommendedI have been here with my daughter since October 28th when she was diagnosed with AML. The Drs and Nurses have done everything in their power to keep her happy and comfortable. There is also Child Life Specialists that set up events for the families. For a hospital, it is pretty good making you feel comfortable with everything.
except for a few nurse's on the children's floor on 11 had the worst experience for a children's hospital even ped orthopedic surgeon was rude.
Thank you to all the doctors, nurses and aids who assisted with my daughter for the past 3 days, 2 nights. We appreciate everything you have done for her. Thank you again and happy holidays!
I recommend Dr. Jana Shaw for speaking out about the safety of vaccines. My heart breaks for the family who lost their little boy and misguidedly memorialized him on the billboard. Our family life was and remains shattered when my healthy 9 year old sister’s life was destroyed by a vaccine preventable disease in 1960 before the vaccine was available.
My daughter has been a patient here for the last 5 and a half years. 11E rocks!! The nurses and doctors are amazing. We love the child life specialists and all of the case managers. Can’t say enough about everyone who works here to the point it made me start to work here!! Thank you for all you do for Gabriella and I and our family. ♥️♥️♥️
Caroline and I want to thank everyone so much. The nursing staff was amazing. The surgeon was skilled. The anesthesiologists were hilarious and helped her giggle while scared. Everyone was a well oiled machine. Thanks for making her appendectomy and birthday not feel so scary ❤️...and thanks to the Syracuse Crunch for listening to her talk about dresses and makeup. Thanks for the picture to make her brother jealous and signing something for him too. Thanks so so much to everyone.
Our children were in a horrible car accident a little over a month ago and our 11 yr old daughter was brought here to the 12th Floor. The doctors, nurses, chaplains and staff worked flawlessly with us. With the utmost compassion and comfort, they were very honest and helped us make some of the toughest choices of our lives. We cannot begin to thank them enough for everything they did for her and our family.
I am very upset with how the staff was tonight. My 11 month old son had to wait hours to be even seen by a nurse. Then when he did see a nurse he had a fever off 102 and didn’t do anything for him till like an hour and half later. Then the nurse giving him his meds literally shoved the meds down his throat and made him puke all over. Then she had the nerve to tell my son’s father to clean me and the floor. Very unprofessional.
