If I could give no stars I would. Took my 4 month old in at 10pm for a fever of 102. Waited well over 6 hours to see a doctor. His final diagnosis was “the common cold” and sent us home at 5am without even his fever breaking. Took him to the pediatrician 4 hours later at 9am and he had an obvious ear infection. If a doctor is missing something as simple as an ear infection to diagnose I wonder what other major things could be being missed.
RecommendedTrying to pack the car to leave town after a visit with grandparents, my daughter ran headfirst into the car door and split her eyebrow open. She is a difficult patient for even simple things at the doctors office. The staff here, from doctors to nurses, were fantastic in working with her. While I hope I never have to go back during my next visit to Syracuse, I’m glad to know if needed my kids are in good hands.
I am so thankful for the staff at this hospital...my daughter has had trips to the ER, hospital stays, appointments with specialists and surgery and she still loves going there! the staff is so thoughtful, sweet and attentive and go out of their way to not only care for the children but make them feel special. I'm so grateful! ❤
There amazing and really good with the kids
The work and love here, is so amazing.
My 17 month old daughter was having seizure systems that had gotten worse. They got her on an EEG and did an MRI and found a benign tumors that was causing seizures. We are now is the process of for surgery to get it removed. We could not be more grateful for all the doctors, nurses, neurologist, and neurosurgeons for taking the best care of her. We are leaving with peace of mind she will be ok.
Two of my nephews have been here a couple different times for extended periods and the care they receive if fantastic!
My great nephew for the last year has been receiving great down here for cancer and has been great so great ! Nothing but good to say about everyone at this hospital ! Includes Drs ,nurses, All the people who work at this hospital!
Best hospital I have been to in a long time. from 12F to 11E to 2N. My son was here for 3 months. Everyone that was involved with my son and myself were amazing. If it were not for them my son would not be who he is today. We still have a about a year or more of care left to go. I will continue to go to upstate for my son even if it's an hour away. My son and I love everyone there.
