I love this place. They help so much with my son and also give great referrals for places that can help me with my son.
It’s really sad to see what Golisano Center for Special Needs has become. When Dr. Pellegrino was there, they put the patients and their family first…always. But since he left, my son has been treated like just another number. An extreme lack of understanding him and his disability, and a company that put a ridiculous policy in place for convenience over his needs. Oh! And apparently, hanging up on you is common practice.
Brought my very young son here for foot surgery and the staff really helped make it a positive experience. They were professional and so kind. The office is really clean overall I had no issues. Thank you.
I had foot surgery with this facility and it was the best experience possible! Everyone was SO nice and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable from intake, to nurses, to all the Doctors! 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing an outpatient surgery!
