Even though the reason I was there I did not like (me having cancer/chemo appointments ), the staff (nurses and doctors )are so nice and serving. I felt very relaxed getting my chemo. The snacks were good and plentiful and the tv was incredible. I was also explained thru the whole process. Everything was smooth from checking in to lab work to the infusion room to the checkout
The nurses are very knowledgeable and helpful and so nice! Facilities are brand new and clean. If you have to have cancer treatment it's a plus to be here where you feel well taken care of.
Although the reasons we are connected with the Cancer Center are less than favorable, the experience has been greatly ameliorated by the personnel who staff this up-to-date modern facility. From the greeters who are near the door to assist with info, wheelchairs, etc. to the support staff who register, schedule, and other duties, to the lab techs, the nurses in both the doctors' offices and the infusion room to the helpful volunteers who are more than willing to get any amenity you need.
