Dr. Spencer has many reports of very impatient and condescending. Poor bedside manner. It is reported he asks questions but fails not listen to the answers . He does, however have a pattern of showing complete disregard to the professional opions of other medical professionals such as radiologist and other top orthopedic physicians opinion. He very apparently looks down on those with federal insurance such as Medicaid or Medicare. Avoid this provider!!!!
Dr Spencer does spinal surgery and according to their website, did his residency at Harvard. I needed an operation on my neck, not something anyone is eager to do, but he was not for doing any more than was necessary, so he's not a surgeon who operates just for the sake of operating. He always took time to answer my questions. I felt fully informed, but I had also watched an online video for the type of surgery I was to have.
