Not in business anymore in Plano, TX. No response on email or phone calls for refund of my pre-paid card. Guess I lost any money left on the card
Had a problem with their prepaid cards. Sent a message from their website. No response in two days. Today I tried to call their published telephone number, and they hung up on me. Twice. No words, just hung up. I guess they don't want my company's business.
Best Deal EVER!!! Unlimited Monthly Fast Pass from $9.95 a month for basic wash, up to $26.95 a month for the Carnauba Wax & Total Body Protection. HUGE SAVINGS. After 2 washes the rest of the month is Free. Always FREE Vacuums. I have used Quick N Clean Car Wash locations for over 5 years and would recommend them to ANYONE!
The female cashier told me I needed a hair cut. Very inappropriate !!!!! I made sure she knew and understood that she needs to keep her comments to herself. Other co workers took her side because I did yell at her when she denied saying that to me and never asked what happened. They all need to be trained on customer relations . Needless to say I will never spend money at your facilities again. Workers need to keep their opinions to themselves.
