I canceled this service back in September and they are still billing me.. I moved out of state and are on east coast so obviously I no longer need. I can not get in contact with anyone and have sent countless emails. I do not recommend signing up with this company.
We cancelled our service with this place ove a month ago because we moved out of state and they are continuing to bill us. I highly do no recommend this place.
I use to like them. I thought it was good.n Now, without permission they have debited from my account twice as much as authorized. I have called several times, he is a coward and never answers the phone. Left lots of messages. Went to the place, no one helps there either. Watch out because YOU are next.
Love this wash since is only one I've found that offers crevice tool. Really dislike large flat vacuum heads you cannot use to get whole car vacuumed.
Very disappointed! The car wash damaged my rear window wiper. The only attendant that I could find, manipulated it and proclaimed it "Fixed". However, the blade does not track correctly, and you can plainly see the damage to the blade. Canceled my monthly pass and will never go back.
Great..have used for some time! Just realized I need the inside cleaned too, so will try that next time I go. Been doing the car wash for quite awhile and love it, fast and easy, and I never ahve to get out of my car. Car is not as perfect as I would like sometimes, but doable.
