The entire staff are very friendly welcoming. They were able to get all my appointments scheduled within my time constraints for work and class reunion. Dr. O'Neil was able to answer my questions and made me more comfortable. Up until coming to Dr. Frankel's Office I hated going to the dentist and avoided it for better than 6 yrs and now I feel comfortable about the appointments. Thank You

I wasn't sure what to expect but the whole experience is more wellness oriented than I have had in the past. Everyone was very customer oriented. I was impressed. I also like the email and text services
Sarah was very nervous and scared to go to the dentist. We knew she cracked a tooth and we were just hoping it was only a baby tooth. Dr. Frankel was very patient with Sarah and made her feel much better. The staff even got her to smile a few times. By the time Sarah got home, she was busy texting her friends about how great her dentist was and how she pulled out her own tooth. Thank You All.

I very much appreciate Dr Frankel and his staff, they found what need attention, although I still have the sensitivity on the other (left) side of my mouth, Im sure they will take care of it as well. Its so nice to have a dental team of this find caliber in toledo.
very happy that xrays and cleaning cld all be completed in one day. i really like natalie who took care of me. I liked the way Dr. Frankel made sure I knew if I wasn't happy I shld let him know
Not a fan of going to the dentist, but with such a friendly staff like this, it makes it so much more bearable!
