Today's visit was very informative. I have never been shown how to floss and why it should be done that way. Made me want to stop home and do it. Also made me somewhat proud of how I have been taking care of my teeth all my life with no education.

Everyone is so professional and yet extremely friendly. I'm more thorough with checking my teeth for cavities every night. I think I just found a tiny cavity. And will contact a dentist recommended by the office. Hopefully everything will be fine in the end. And I can't wait to see how my teeth look like after Invisalign treatment!

I have both a complaint and multiple compliments to give today. I called today to cancel an appointment and was given the third degree as to why I was cancelling. They wanted to know so that they could tell Dr. Frankel because I was scheduled for 1 1/2. Does it really matter as to why I have to cancel? I had to cancel and that should be enough of a reason. Every experience has been productive and satisfying. I am always greeted in a friendly manner by the staff. I enjoy the state of the art equipment in the facility and my results have been great thus far.

They are very helpful and patient. If an emergency needed, the response is very quick. I love the guidance and the the items they supply a patient with, in order to make sure ones braces are in great shape.
