I've had an amazing experience at Upper East Orthodontist. I found Dr. Vaysman through Face book one night when I was browsing my Face book page. And I thought I give it a try, I filled out a short survey and I was immediately contacted the next day. Words can't describe the outstanding care that I received from Dr. Vaysman and her staff. From my first appointment to now Dr. Vaysman has always made me feel comfortable and relax. She knows her work and is truly skilled at what she does. The entire staff there is amazing as well, Kay always greets you by your name and makes you feel welcomed (a big deal in my book, since many doctors office don't even acknowledge your presence). Both of my daughters have been treated by Dr. Vaysman. My oldest daughter had her braces removed a few weeks ago and her teeth look great. The younger one is still in treatment. She was afraid in the beginning but Dr. Vaysman and her staff made her feel extremely comfortable. Now she loves going for her adjustment appointments and runs into her friends from school in the office. I would highly recommend Dr. Vaysman to other parents; I think that she has a gentle approach which makes children feel at ease with her.

The treatment I received at Dr Vaysman's hands has been highly professional and exceptionally competent. My experience with her practice has been stellar from start to finish, and I highly recommend her to anyone. After a year and a half of invisalign treatment my teeth are now just perfect. I cannot say enough about Dr. Vaysman and the staff at Upper East Side Orthodontics. I am one of those unlucky adults that had to get braces for a bad bite. I went to several Dr’s and was shocked by the cost and lack of attention provided. From the moment I went to Dr. Vaysman I was impressed with her professionalism, knowledge, and staff. I have had orthodontic treatment as a child, but unfortunately my teeth didn't quite stay at the right place and started moving again. I went to a couple of orthodontists in Manhattan and asked for advice, and Upper Eastside Orthodontists made the best impression by far. Dr. Vaysman did not try to pressure me into an immediate decision (like some others tried to). I had a very horrible experience with Dr. Vaysman. I went to Dr. Vaysman because I wanted to correct my overbite/overjet. She told me that the only way I could correct this was to have 2 premolars from the top extracted (one on each side). After treatment with braces, my smile has become really narrow, my lips have flattened out, my upper lip looks very thin, my mouth is smaller and my cheeks have become "sunken in". Amazing. Dr Vaysman and her team run a wonderful, clean, professional and successful practice. I would do it all over again in an instant and highly recommend Upper eastside orthodontists to anyone who wants to transform their smile!
