After our initial consultation with Dr Vaysman, we knew that she would be a great orthodontist for our son. The office staff was friendly and professional and Dr. Vaysman gave us good feedback on what the next steps were going to be. She was very thorough.

I am the mother of one of a 13 year old patient. We are right in the middle of the braces experience, so I cannot offer a testimonial about ultimate results. I will say this, however: I do not think there is a better run, more courteous, more accommodating Doctor's office in NYC. We are ALWAYS taken at the time of our appointment -- no waiting. If we have an emergency we are ALWAYS accommodated the same day without any fuss or hassle. Calls are ALWAYS returned, concerns always addressed. really, it is quite a pleasure.

This place is very professional. Neat, clean environment and very complementary. The staff are very kind and they make sure that they don't have you waiting too long to be called. My braces were put on very quickly and without pain

Overall great experience - the office is a nice environment, positive experience with all staff, setting up the appoint was easy, etc. I did have to wait a little longer than expected (around 40 minutes total) to see Dr. Vaysman.

I called to see if I could come in a day earlier than my scheduled visit. No problem. My appointment was scheduled with ease and the staff attended to me right away.

Since I have 6 week appointments, this review will only be based on my last appointment, not the entire experience. My experience was very pleasant yesterday. I arrived a few minutes early, and was seen right away. The orthodontist is professional and respectful. Both her and her staff are always willing to answer my questions and offer helpful information. They also make it easy to reschedule appointments, answer questions over the phone, and accommodate impromptu visits.

My 8 year old was very nervous going into her appointment. The staff did an excellent job of calming her down. They were so quick that I didn't even have time to look at a magazine! Thank you!
