Had Kelley-she was 30 minutes late in getting started because she was working with another client, who admittedly was very chatty, but still an inconvenience to me. She took a long time to do a simple long bob haircut with the same length all the way around. I'm still finding hair pieces that are not the same length as the rest of my hair.
