Thomas Gas just delivered propane to us in Seven Oaks. Our road was washed out and is ruff right now. We were nearly empty since the Valentine's Day flash flood. They came with their small truck 4WD. THANK YOU Thomas Gas!
Repeated ignored emails and phone calls regarding a nearly empty tank. That is of course, now empty.
the customer service at the Farmington station is horrible. had tank filled yesterday, and when I got home my tank is locked and is still locked after 27 hours of no heat, no food, and no hot water. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. IF YOU LOOKING FOR PROPANE DO NOT I REPEAT DO MOT USE THIS COMPANY. i have been waiting three weeks for propane delivery. it was supposed to be here in one week.(which is poor in itself). no reason given, no communication. do yourself a favor AVOID THIS COMPANY. I asked who regulates this company. The response was "the district managet said no one because they are private". Please do not reward such incompetent businesses.
I've had service with this company for some time now and have trusted them. We had to have a new propane tank delivered to our home and instead of going around the house they drive through my front yard crushing my leachlines to my septic tank. Of course assuming no responsibility for doing such causing me and my family to come out a pocket $3500 To repair the leachlines. Customer service sucks! THEY ARE WAY WAY OVERPRICED, We just had their tank removed in order to discontinue their service because they were charging us $3.46 a gallon for propane! Our new propane supplier is charging us $1.85 a gallon and that included installing a new 320 gallon tank! When we called to have them pick up THEIR TANK, they said they were going to charge us $80.00 to pick it up? WTF!! AND they want to charge us to remove whatever propane is left in the tank, which I am sure they will resell to someone else at a... read more
