How can you like a company that shuts down an entire neighborhood without the proper preparation to turn it back on? Blackrock Hammock in Yulee, Fl is shut down for 2nd night in a row.
I do not like being charged a fee to call in to order my propane. Customer service says it is in their terms and conditions, and I can avoid the fee by setting up on-line and/or automatic delivery - neither of which I want. Just have never see a company that charges a fee to order their product.
rates are outrageous the less you use the more they charge.
