Surely this billing department is high on drugs! Paid $440.68 for a pre-paid delivery 1/13/20. Paid my yearly rental fee TWICE once in the mail & then you made my boyfriend pay it in cash at office 1/13/20. Contacted this office for reimbursement of over pay in early February. Reached out to your corporate office for resolution & they directed my complaint back to you! Today you sent me a bill for $429.76 for a PRE-Pay customer with a late fee of $36.00. Tuesday October 8th 2019 Died @ 7:50 PM I sit here with a broken heart. Beautiful, sweet and loving Elvis kitty was struck down in his prime of life by a vet that doesn’t have a clue what he is doing or care about the animals brought to him. I’ll never see that sweet face look up at me again with those huge golden eyes. Unprofessional in my dogs time of need. The people on phone kept saying they couldn’t find if I was a client then another one finally said they wanted my name after I offered it. Very rude kept cutting me off. Once I got on phone with doctor on call he complains it’s Christmas and he refuses to see my dog cause I was rude to his staff considering I was upset and needing my dog to be looked at. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a vet, the staff was EXTREMELY rude, we called prior and told them what was going on with our dog and when we got there they said there was nothing for them to do other than put her down.

Would like to have a gas range. Are repairing our kitchen wrecked by a water leak, and this would be the time to switch, wouldn’t it? But, we have been waiting since early November to have our tank refilled. It’d really be nice to be able to use our outdoor kitchen, since the indoor one is gone, but we have NO GAS.. The only good thing is to we did NOT buy a new gas stove. At least electricity works, and doesn’t mysteriously disappear from what should have been a newly- filled tank. Ordered gas and was told we would get a call of their arrival, no call but delivered gas but was not hooked up so we were told they needed us to be there for the hook up. We were called the day before Thanksgiving they would come, waited but no one came, they apologize. Again was told they would call us. 2 1/2 weeks later they called to tell us they would hook up our tank.....but No one came...they again apologize that our order was removed...was told we will call you the next day.....no call and no hook up!!!

I ordered propane November 11, I've called many times, as of December 6th still NO PROPANE DELIVERY!!! I will be checking out other propane companies on monday!!
