Unprofessional in my dogs time of need. The people on phone kept saying they couldn’t find if I was a client then another one finally said they wanted my name after I offered it. Very rude kept cutting me off. Once I got on phone with doctor on call he complains it’s Christmas and he refuses to see my dog cause I was rude to his staff considering I was upset and needing my dog to be looked at. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a vet, the staff was EXTREMELY rude, we called prior and told them what was going on with our dog and when we got there they said there was nothing for them to do other than put her down.
RecommendedWe had just moved here. We found out our Saint Bernard had cancer and had to be out down after tests were completed. The vets and the staff were great. We were given pain medicine for our fur baby so we could bring him home for a few days before we had to say goodbye. Everyone was so compassionate when we returned to have him put to sleep. I will be bringing my other fur babies to this facility as needed.
We lost our dog yesterday we had to make a hard decision To put him down the process was hard but we are so thankful for the staff! Thank you guys again for being so caring & loving towards him I know it meant a lot for his last moments!

great and caring staff, so kind when your loved one needs help over the rainbow bridge; Dr Summers reacts with delight when she sees our babies, lets me know all of our options, and is very cost conscious when it comes to treatment. I wouldn't take my kids to any other vet

Mabin is amazing !!! 5+ STARS!!He has cared for my horses and all my dogs for 25 years. Buck was amazing too. I will not go anywhere else. Reasonable prices, reliable and caring staff and most of all Mabin cares! It’s not about the money it’s about the animal! I appreciate that!
