Accompanied my fiance for support as he sought help for an infected open wound. The wait was one thing, but not anything abnormal for a medical office (about 45 mins). However, the nurse practitioner who saw him was extremely cold and very condescending. She should NOT be in an occupation that involves caring for people because she clearly did not care at all and it was incredibly obvious. I made a reservation online and was seen very quickly and efficiently. While waiting, the staff was dealing with an obviously difficult person on the other line. Staff handled the situation very calmly and professionally, while mindfully being HIPAA compliant. Staff was overall very friendly and was a great experience. This staff deserves a shout out!
