Great doctors,great staff Doctor Shoney is a Gentlemen
I want to preface this review to say that I absolutely love my doctor. She provides great care to me and I have no issues with that care. My issue is with timely communication and adequate support staff around medication refills. I recently had an issue with getting my medication filled. I contacted the UPMC office Tuesday to see what other options were available including If switching to a different brand. All that I can say is staff are awesome, and Dr. Shanoy is incredible.
I firstly want to say libby at the front desk is amazing. And she truly cares. She's gone out of her way to help me and she listens and she's genuine. She needs a raise. Thank you for being so kind Everytime I come in. My normal doctor I see Dr Alexis henry is also always so nice and helpful and gets me to referrals (my old doctors office always said it's anxiety and sent me on my way) and gets me care I need. From receptionist to NP, everyone was very kind and friendly. I am normally very anxious going into the doctors and they made it a calm and easy process. They listened to all my concerns. I was able to freely speak about my concerns without any issues or dismissals. I got my referrals and they were very open to answering questions. Front desk was willing to schedule my follow up and referrals right away.
