Sara released my private medical information without patient consent or a signature to anyone who would call!! She also told other doctors that I failed multiple multiple drug tests! Even tho they have in there own rules 1 failed test! She sent a report to my PCP detailing that nothing showed up in my urine test even tho I use medical Marijuana, and I take 19 different prescribed medications! I went because my back pain was limiting what I can do. Mr PA. could not be bothered with talking about my options. It was a steroid shot or nothing. I went to HMC and they took Xrays. I have a fracture. My spine is not in good shape and only a steroid shot which will only weaken my spine more is all he would talk about. I will not go back to upmc Pain Management. Scary but necessary. Lol 😂
Slowest medical office I've been in for a long time. Felt prejudiced from the doctor felt like she wasn't listening and really didn't care. Gonna give em one more try then I'll start looking for a better practice. As of now do not recommend at all.
Had my first visit to UPMC Pain Management Services in HBG. I'm from Lancaster and had been dealing with a small clinic which was terrible Keystone Pain Management. Actually let me run out of meds. What a difference seeing Mark Louis Mascari DO . Thank sir for your knowledge and thank you UPMC
