I adored and felt very cared for by the woman who drew my blood that day. Shes amazing..a HUGE asset for your hospital and patients....mainly patients. Your empathy shone through your eyes and we connected in a fantastic way. I wish i remembered your name..its part of my symptoms...but shes a beautiful 60 some year old female who is tiny in size but huge in heart. God bless you
