Try charging reasonable fees for your services, not 1000-4000% of your cost to perform those services! Also, how about paying some taxes. you made 1.3 BILLION in 3 years and avoided $40MM/year in property taxes. AND you only spend about 1.83% of profits on charity - but you call yourself 'NON PROFIT'?
I received coiling surgery on 1.29.20 from Dr. Brad Gross for a cerebral aneurysm. I have called several times to schedule a follow up angiogram and have not received an answer for 3 weeks. This is absurd and I am at a loss as to how you can ignore a patient like this. The care I received at UPMC Presby is exceptional, the customer service has been horrible.

RecommendedMy surgery was performwd by Dr Luketich's team. they are amazing. They followed me closely through my stay at UPMC Presbyterian hospital. i had a few unusual issues post surgery but they got me through. Thank you so much! i highly recommend this team of doctors if you need thoracic surgery!

help me with my pain from a busted cyst but that never happened and the nurses didn't have any masks on and they were on their cell phones and didn't get me any antibiotics for the cyst. I could've been dead thanks for the ignorance of the staff at Uniontown hospital
