This woman works for you. I can only imagine how this affects patient care
I just want to say I was in the trauma unit at presb and the whole staff from the kitchen up was awesome very caring. Chloe, Troy, Nick all awesome nurses that really made my stay easier thank you guys!
Trying to get an appointment there is shameful, a month for a video appointment, 5 weeks to get a nerve root block, I feel like I am living in a third world country, not to mention getting a return phone call you must wait days. I am very disappointed, by the way I worked at UPMC for 20 years.

This guy works for them. He threatened me after I tried contacting him about a vehicle we have at my dealership. This is not okay

Where I recommend UPMC because I believe that it is home to some of the best doctors in the country, I have to say that yesterday’s interaction with our PCP’s office has left me disgusted. We called to set up a virtual visit for my husband because his elbow was swelled twice the normal size and he was running a low grade temperature. I know that everyone is on high alert because of COVID, but they refused to even set up a virtual visit for him. I have NEVER had a PCP refuse care in my life. Ever. As I am sitting here at UPMC Presby... I felt compelled to do one of these reviews for your Surgical ICU. My Mom had surgery on Tuesday and due to some complications was brought to the Surgical ICU.... I’ve told them but I want you to know also what a awesome group of nurses and medical staff. I can’t say enough good things about everyone I came in contact with!! Everyone ...which is rare. Keep up the great patient care guys. You are awesome and Thanks for taking such good care of my Mom.
They cut my mothers hours from 40 to 25. She was in bad health. They refused to come to see her. She passed away this morning. UPMC sucks
