Went in for an ultrasound today. We were so excited to see our first child. The ultrasound tech was so unbelievably rude. It made the whole experience really uncomfortable. We’re not sure if she was not okay with non-traditional families. But it felt really bad.
If I could give zero stars I definitely would would. This review is not for ALL the ultrasound techs but for one person in particular. Noelle was very rough on my wife. She was rude. She did not have any empathy or care at all for my wife’s stomach. She did not answer any questions. She kept staring at me and not focusing on doing her job and instead of doing her job she kept accusing me of taking pictures. Terrible experience with MFM here. Felt incredibly dismissed / was barely given the time of day during follow ups. I would recommend going with a different practice.
