I've been coming here in the last 3 years. 7 am every time. The lady at the check in always have long line. Took her 5 to 7 minutes average for each person and took 2 minutes to draw blood. She needs to be more efficient or this place should have self check in. I'm surprised nobody complained about this because I am sure lots of people frustrated like me.

I have been using this service for the past 3 years. I have always been treated with respect. The staff is efficient and very good at what they do.

Usually when I go to this lab and ask a question about going somewhere else they give me good information. The last time I asked him where I could go for an EKG and they told me absolutely the wrong place wasting my time wish people were giving out information would know what they’re talking about.

Definitely need more help at the desk checking people in. Their was only one girl working and she looked like she didn't quite know what she was doing or just need another coffee. Left their feeling very frustrated and anxious due to going so long with my meds and food!
