Not sure if this is the right place to review but I needed an acth test and came to the infusion center and was so nervous!!! The first person I seen was Doug & 5 stars to him from the start he was outgoing and happy and made me feel at home. He also joked around to lighten the mood which helped ALOT! He checked on me to make sure I was okay. My nurses Alicia and Laurie were good too. Alicia talked me through it & got me a blanket and pillow, Laurie reassured me id be okay. The tech and the receptionist were lovely people. 1-star goes to corporate for not employing enough people to read a routine chest X-ray in less than a week. I'm losing my goddamn mind with anxiety over here.
The services are good but making an appointment is a nightmare. It takes 3 min 16 sec of listening to info that has nothing to do with making an imaging appointment. Then you most likely wait another 20 minutes to get cut off and start again. Make sure you have a diagnostic code or they will not proceeded and you have to start the nightmare again. Going to the office is not an option since the receptionists cannot make any appointments.
