They got the job done
Completed a shoulder MRI. The technicians (Dana and Doug) were very friendly and helpful. Made the process smooth and comfortable. My rating is for services rendered onsite. I’m aware from the news that UPMC has a radiology backlog. I’ll update this review with the date I receive my results for reference.
Too many times I have came to this office and felt as though I've been discriminated against for some reason. This place need some diversity, and they need to have their A's go for training on diversity. It's getting harder and harder to want to even go to this office. But it's convenient and the location is good. Other than a good location it gets👎🏽.
Generally I've been very happy with UPMC, but having to wait 3 to 4 weeks for an imaging result is not acceptable, especially when experiencing pain. I was told there is a backlog regarding radiologists reading the reports. Well, then hire more radiologists!
